THE FACTS

NTSEDISENG Pholo from Randfontein said her late husband had claimed from the Road Accident Fund.

But the claim was cancelled after his death and she didn’t understand why. She came to the SunDefender.

WHAT I DID

The fund’s Thandeka Ngwenya promised to investigate.

SOLUTION

Ngwenya said they spoke to Ntsediseng and confirmed her late husband had claimed for general damages.

But for her to get help, she needed to provide the fund with a letter showing she was the executor of her late husband’s estate.

She was given an email address so she could send a letter.
