JOHANNES Mokhele from Ladybrand, Free State, worked for Best Security for over 20 years but said he didn’t receive his provident fund. He wasn’t sure if his application went through or not.
WHAT I DID
I spoke to the Private Sector Security Provident Fund to find out about the application.
SOLUTION
Sindiswa Pharologanyo of the fund said Johannes’s ID number couldn’t be traced on the system and Best Security was not a member of the fund. So sadly Johannes won’t be paid anything.
