THE FACTS

ANNA and Amelia Mothijoa from Sebokeng, Vaal, came to the SunDefender saying their late dad worked for Wild in the Vaal for over 32 years.

They contacted the Metal Industries Benefit Funds Administrators to submit their claim for surplus funds, as their dad had never claimed.

The fund contacted them in 2016, confirming the claim had been received but since then, they have not heard anything.

WHAT I DID

I spoke to the fund.

SOLUTION

Lebohang Tshabalala from the fund said according to their records, all surplus payment values were paid and no more funds were due.
