MINAH Radebe from Freedom Park, Soweto said she ordered a nine-piece bed set from Home Choice.
They called her and asked for directions to her house, but she told the agent they should not deliver on that day because she was not home.
Minah said she asked the store to keep the goods until she got home.
She was later informed that she owed Home Choice, even though the product she ordered was not delivered.
She decided to come to the SunDefender for help.
WHAT I DID
I spoke to Home Choice to ask when they are going to deliver Hilda’s goods.
SOLUTION
Hilda called the SunDefender to tell us her debt has been erased and she will be given R1 000 worth of credit.
The ball is in Minah’s court and it is up to her to let the store know what she wants to do.
