THE FACTSAARON Thage from Alexandra, north of Joburg, said he has been struggling for years to get feedback on his surplus application and needed help.

WHAT I DIDI spoke to Salt Employee Benefits about his surplus and they said his ID copy wasn’t clear.

A clear copy was sent to Salt in August last year.

Aaron received an SMS from Salt with a reference number, and nothing else.

I spoke to Salt again to find out what was happening.

SOLUTION Dhiresh Domun indicated that a payment had been made to Aaron on 7 August last year and no further amount was due to him.
