NCEBA REVERSED THE DEBIT ORDERS

accreditation

THE FACTS

NCEBA Mahamba from East London, Eastern Cape said he had four cellphone contracts with GloCell.

In May last year he requested settlement amounts to pay off the contracts. He settled the contracts and sent proof of payment to GloCell.

But the company continued to debit his bank account every month. He contacted SunDefender for help.

WHAT I DID

I spoke to Monique Johannes at GloCell, who promised to investigate.

SOLUTION

Johannes said Nceba reversed the debit orders after May and there’s no refund due to him.

She said his banking details have been removed from their system and the cellphone numbers will be cancelled. She apologises to Nceba for the inconvenience.
