MOTLATSI'S MONEY IS BACK IN HIS POCKET

accreditation

THE FACTS

MOTLATSI Tele from Braamfontein in Joburg said he is a social grant recipient.

He took out a loan of R800 with Net1 and made a payment towards the loan every month without fail.

He later realised he has paid for over two years but the loan still wasn’t paid up.

He contacted Net1 to ask why he was still paying after such a long time but he got only promises and no assistance.

Motlatsi decided to come to the SunDefender for help.

WHAT I DID

I spoke to Net1 to ask them to investigate.

SOLUTION

An excited Motlatsi contacted us to tell us Net1 had refunded him all payments that were overpaid to them.
