MBUSO Dlamini from Alexandra, Joburg, worked for a company in Wadeville, Ekurhuleni, for more than 15 years.
Due to the national lockdown, the company closed its doors and promised that the workers would be paid as soon as all forms were sent to the provident fund administrator.
Mbuso claimed he didn’t receive the expected amount. He wanted to challenge the administrator regarding the payment.
Mbuso can notify his employer or administrator of his complaint in writing.
They should respond within 30 days. If they don’t respond or Mbuso is still not satisfied, he can contact the pension fund adjudicator, who will issue a response within 30 days after considering all the facts presented.
