THE FACTS 

MARTHA Molosi from Kagiso, Mogale City, said she had a funeral policy with Tsholofelang Burial Society which covered her gogo. 

When gogo died earlier last year, she contacted the burial society to submit her claim but wasn’t paid. Every time she contacted their office, she was always given excuses about why the claim wasn’t paid.

WHAT I DID 

I spoke to the manager at Tsholofelang to ask what caused the delay and when the claim would be paid.

SOLUTION 

The manager requested Martha’s banking details and immediately paid the claim and apologised to her for the delay. 

Martha contacted us to confirm that she was happy after receiving her payment.
