MARTHA Mokgatle from Braamfischer, Soweto made a claim against the Road Accident Fund through Omphile Kedijang Attorneys.
But the at torneys are not being helpful .
WHAT I DID
I spoke to the fund to find out w hat is happening with her claim.
SOLUTION
Thandeka Ngwenya from the fund said they gave Martha the status of her claim.
Thandeka also explained to her that if she does not want to work through her attorney, she must terminate his mandate and proceed with her claim on the fund directly.
The process for terminating the attorney’s mandate was explained to her.
