MAHLASELA Lonsdale from Katlehong, Ekurhuleni said he worked for Fidelity Security and Springbok Security for more than a year. He applied for his pension money but said he was not paid.
WHAT I DID
I spoke to Nadine Blom at the Private Sector Provident Fund.
SOLUTION
Blom said their records didn’t show any member called Mahlasela or his ID number. They also requested the provident fund to confirm if they had any records of Mahlasela but had no luck.
Mahlasela should contact the Provident Fund Administrators or the former employer directly.
