THE FACTS
KATLEGO Malope from Brits said she passed her driver’s licence test in October 2018 and was issued with a temporary licence.
She was told to come and collect the card after six weeks.
She’s been going to the licensing office but hasn’t received her card.
The last time she went there, she was told the system indicated she had already been issued with the licence, except she doesn’t have the card!
WHAT I DID
I spoke to the traffic department in Madibeng to find out what had happened.
SOLUTION
After many emails were sent to the department, Katlego confirmed she finally got her driver’s licence card.
