JOSEPH'S BEEN PAID HIS MONEY!

accreditation

THE FACTS

JOSEPH Mosehla from Palm Ridge in Katlehong, Ekurhuleni said he applied for his surplus fund in 2014.

Since then he has been following up but has never received any progress report on his application, nor has he received any payment.

He decided to come to the SunDefender for help.

WHAT I DID

I spoke to the Metal Industry Surplus Fund to investigate the progress of the application and the cause of delay.

SOLUTION

They advised that Joseph applied for his funds in September 2016.

He received a statement in August last year and submitted the required documents at the same time.

Further documents were required which he submitted in November.

His claim was reassessed and it was found that all the documents were in order.

Joseph was contacted in February.

Joseph has informed Daily Sun that the payment has been made.
