THE FACTS
RICHMAN Hadebe from Jeppestown, Joburg, told the SunDefender he was a security guard at Sec Pros Security Service for over a year.
He was supposed to have been paid bonuses at the end of the year but never got paid.
He lodged a complaint with the CCMA and an award was granted in his favour.
After receiving the award the HR manager promised to pay him but never did. He contacted the SunDefender for help.
WHAT I DID
I read the award given by the CCMA and contacted the HR manager to ask when Richman will get his money.
SOLUTION
The manager said all payments due to Richman had been paid. Richman later confirmed that indeed the money had been paid.
