FUND PAID MOSES

accreditation

THE FACTS

MOSES Sefojane from Diepkloof, Soweto says he applied for his provident fund at the beginning of last year but hasn’t received any money yet.

He asked the SunDefender for help.

WHAT I DID

I spoke to the NMG Retirement Fund to find out why Moses’ funds were delayed.

SOLUTION

Zelma Potgieter, an administrator at NMG Retirement Fund, presented proof that Moses’ money was paid in November. He may have not noticed it as it was a small amount.

If Moses feels he has been cheated, he has the option to send a complaint to the Pension Fund Adjudicator, who will investigate the complaint.
