He was told the car was in good condition and performed well.
He has booked a test drive but he is still unsure if he should sign a contract to purchase the car.
He contacted the SunDefender to ask what to look for before signing a contract.
ADVICE
The Consumer Protection Act requires that sellers should disclose important information to enable consumer to make informed decisions. Before you sign the contract, be careful of the quality of the car.
Make sure the contract you sign does not say you take it voetstoets as this means you take the car as it is. Make sure you have good warranty as required by the Act.
