The Consumer Protection Act requires that sellers should disclose important information to enable consumer to make informed decisions. Before you sign the contract, be careful of the quality of the car.
Make sure the contract you sign does not say you take it voetstoets as this means you take the car as it is. Make sure you have good warranty as required by the Act.
