THE FACTS

Mahlulankuna Nkuna from Doornkop, Soweto, worked for Len Electrical from 2004 until 2008.

He said he had not been paid his provident fund benefits.

WHAT I DID

I spoke to the Metal Industries Benefit Funds Administrators to investigate why he had not been paid.

SOLUTION

The administrators’ Lebohang Tshabalala said investigations could not trace Mahlulankuna’s membership.

She advised him to check with his provident funds administrator or provide his previous statements, membership card, a copy of his ID and any other proof he might have to the fund.
