Silwayiphi Mhlongo from Rondebult, Ekurhuleni said he instituted an Injury on Duty claim at the department of labour in Braamfontein in 2014 but had not received any feedback on the claim.
WHAT I DID
I spoke to the department to find out what the delay was.
SOLUTION
Teboho Thejane from the department said final medical reports have not been submitted in order for the claim to be processed further.
Silwayiphi needs to visit his doctor to get these reports and submit them to the department.
