BRIGHTMAN Ndlovu from Protea Glen, Soweto said he was injured at work and submitted a claim for compensation.
He said he even submitted the final medical report. He wanted to know why he hadn’t received feedback about his claim. He contacted the SunDefender for help.

I spoke to Themba Mdluli at the Department of Labour Compensation Fund.
SOLUTION
Mdlulithe said the claim was finalised with no payment due to Brightman. He said this was because he didn’t suffer permanent disability as a result of the accident. I spoke to Brightman and told him about the outcome.
