THE FACTS
PHILLY Mokgomola from Muldersdrift, Gauteng, said he was involved in an accident in 1999 when the taxi he was travelling in collided with a tractor.
He appointed an attorney to help him with his Road Accident Fund claim. The fund made an offer which his lawyer accepted, but he was paid a portion of the claim.
He was told he should expect the next payment soon. When he didn’t get the money, he wanted to know how much was paid by the fund.

I spoke to the fund to investigate.
SOLUTION
Boniswa Matshoba from the fund confirmed Philly was represented and as a result, he has to contact his attorney for any explanation or queries regarding the payment.
