FOOD trends are constantly changing to bring something dynamic, delicious and new to foodies.

Following this trend, News Café has recently revealed their fierce new flavours in 20 new meals on their latest menu.

The new meals are mouth-watering, succulent grills and delicious shared platters and bowls.

The exciting new editions include succulently rubbed roasted lamb and the popular tomahawk steak.

Even their finger foods have been expanded with beef short ribs, beef koftas and North African harissa chicken skewers with Middle Eastern flavours of hot pepper and spice.

Bowls of food, which are all the rage in major food capitals across the world, are now also available at all News Café outlets.

The restaurant’s innovations have developed from classics like grilled cheese and French toast but with a stylish twist.

Ane van Zyl, group development chef, said the changes have been careful and reflect the elegant identity of the award-winning franchise.

“We look forward to launching a menu with superb flavours using the best ingredients to develop world class food for our trendy consumers.”

The new meals embrace the latest in global foodie trends and the flavour profiles have been expanded for a focus on freshness, interesting bursts of BBQ and shareable, snackable delights designed to tantalise the franchise’s loyal and hungry clients.

The food brand has taken an extensive look at their current offerings and the people who eat at their outlets, and with market research, has developed and defined a world-class menu that speaks to the tastes of their ever-changing consumer.
