INGREDIENTS

- One packet Royco brown onion gravy

One tablespoon sunflower oil

One onion, chopped

One green pepper, chopped

800g beef, minced

400g ready rolled puff pastry, defrosted.

PREPARATION

  • Prepare the brown onion gravy according to the packet instructions.
  • Preheat the oven to 210°C. ) Heat a pan with sunflower oil, fry the onion and peppers with the mince until brown.
  • Add the prepared gravy and one cup beef stock or water, and season to taste, then let simmer for five minutes. Take off heat.
  • Put cooked mince in an ovenproof dish and cover with the pastry. Put dish in oven and let bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
