INGREDIENTS
- One packet Royco brown onion gravy
- One tablespoon sunflower oil
- One onion, chopped
- One green pepper, chopped
- 800g beef, minced
- 400g ready rolled puff pastry, defrosted.
PREPARATION
- Prepare the brown onion gravy according to the packet instructions.
- Preheat the oven to 210°C. ) Heat a pan with sunflower oil, fry the onion and peppers with the mince until brown.
- Add the prepared gravy and one cup beef stock or water, and season to taste, then let simmer for five minutes. Take off heat.
- Put cooked mince in an ovenproof dish and cover with the pastry. Put dish in oven and let bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
