INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup raw oats
- One tablespoon flax seeds
- One tablespoon sunflower seeds
- One heaped teaspoon cocoa
- One teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt and cinnamon
- 1/2 apple, grated, or 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup milk, your choice
- Pinch of raw nuts, chopped
PREPARATION
- Layer the dry ingredients in a medium-sized glass jar and mix well.
- Add in the fruit and mix gently, and then add in the chopped nuts.
- Pour in the warm water and milk, put the lid on and leave in the fridge overnight.
- Transfer the chilled oats mix to a bowl the next morning and add extra water or milk, if needed. – FOOD24.COM
