Ingredients
- 50ml olive oil
- Three cloves garlic, crushed
- 15ml lemon juice
- Four to eight lamb chops
- One onion, chopped
- Six potatoes, peeled and diced
- 10ml beef stock powder
- 5ml fresh thyme, chopped
- Salad, to serve
PREPARATION
- Mix 30ml oil, garlic and lemon juice. Pour over chops and let stand.
- Heat remaining oil and sauté onion until golden. Add potatoes and stir. Cover and cook potatoes for few minutes until brown, then turn them. At the end of cooking time, mix beef stock powder in 150ml water and stir in potatoes along with thyme. Cook potatoes until tender. Cover and set aside. Grill chops in oven.
