INGREDIENTS
- Two cups all purpose flour plus more for dusting
- ¾ cup milk
- Four tablespoons butter, melted
- One teaspoon salt
- Oil, for cooking
PREPARATION
- Mix butter, milk and salt together. Add flour and knead dough until smooth. Cover dough with cloth or cling film and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Dust the work area with flour.
- Cut the dough into eight equal pieces and roll into balls, then flatten each dough ball into a disc.
- Heat small amount of oil in pan over a low heat. Cook each piece for about two minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Place cooked bread on a plate covered with a towel to maintain its softness.Cook the rest of the dough.
- Serve flat bread while its still hot.
