INGREDIENTS
- One tablespoon whisky
- 500ml heavy cream
- Three tablespoons castor sugar
- Toasted pecan nuts
- Instant double chocolate pudding
PREPARATION
- Make pudding but add whisky with the milk and cream.
- Whip the remaining cream and sugar together.
- Lay pudding and whipped cream in alternate layers in four glasses, then top with whipped cream and toasted pecans.
