Sunny Anderson is a star sandwich specialist from the Food Network. She is an American who spent part of her childhood living in Tijuana, northern Mexico, where she learned to love Mexican food – which is sure to be a source of many interesting episodes for all cooks watching at home.
It is the cast of cooks’ task to share simple dinner recipes, family meal tips and trivia games and answer viewer questions as well as chat about all things food.
A long-time veteran of cooking shows, Sunny said it was a show broadcast on the Food Network’s website that got her excited and involved in The Kitchen – there was nothing better because she is always ready to talk about food.
“So why not talk about what I love AND get paid for it, right?
“It’s also a good excuse to get Geoffrey Zakarian to cook for me every week!”
