- 500g ready-made bread dough
- 60ml onion marmalade
- 125ml grated mozzarella cheese
- 125ml Cheddar cheese
- 500g boerewors, cooked and sliced
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Divide the dough into four portions and roll into discs.
- Spread on the onion marmalade, place on a baking sheet and bake each for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle cheeses on the base and add the boerewors, then grill it until the cheese melts.
- Cut into slices and serve.
