BERRY AND MINT DELIGHTS

Ingredients

- 200g frozen berries, mixed

- 125ml vanilla or plain yoghurt

- 50g banana

- Five fresh mint leaves, washed

- Two teaspoons honey

PREPARATION

  • Blend ingredients until smooth. Taste and add extra honey – if you prefer a sweeter smoothie. Makes 400ml. Serve immediately.
