MZANSI’S 7-year-old
golfer Simthandile "Sim Tiger" Tshabalala has been crowned the US
Kids Golf Champion.
Following his victory, the champ took to Twitter to thank those that rallied behind him for their support: “I had that birdie putt to be crowned champion after an intense 3 rounds of play offs.”
“5 birdies and I am the U.S kids golf Champion. Thank you for the support,” Tshabalala said.
Even South African sports journalist, television and radio personality Robert Marawa expressed joy and praised the little champ.
“CHAMPION!!!!!!!! ???????????????? Another great South African!!! Congratulations,” Marawa said.
