Orlando Pirate Reserves 2 – 0 Baroka FC Reserves
Pirates returned to winning ways following a 2 - 0 thumping of Baroka United. Pirates needed to perform better than they did last week when they suffered a 3-1 loss to Supersport United. The young Bucs have now secured their fourth win of the season.
Royal AM Reserves 0 – 3 Sekhukhune United Reserves
Sekhukhune United picked up where they left last week against Marumo Gallants Reserves except this week, they performed even better by defending well and ensured that they don’t concede even a single goal. They secured their third win against struggling Royal AM who have now conceded 14 goals in six matches.
Royal AM desperately needed a win and to defend as a unit following last week’s disappointing 3 -1 defeat against Cape Town City.
Marumo Gallants Reserves 0 – 1 Maritzburg United Reserves
Despite a positive run of form at the beginning of the season, Gallants suffered their second consecutive defeat this season. They defended better than they did last week and avoided conceding a lot of goals. However, it wasn’t enough as Maritzburg managed to put one past them to take all three points and secured their third win of the season.
Chippa United FC Reserves 2 – 0 Moroka Swallows
Since the stones hit the Dube birds at the beginning of the season, the injury seems to be too big for the birds to spread their wings and fly again as they’re yet to register their first win of the season. The young Chilli boys inflicted more pain on struggling Swallows and secured their third win of the season.
