Kaizer Chiefs midfielder George Maluleka’s stunning goal against SuperSport United has been voted goal of the month of December.
The public have decided Maluleka’s fine strike from the edge of the 18-yard area was the best they saw during the month of December.
Maluleka, who was wearing the captain’s armbands on the day, inspired his side to a 1-0 win over Matsatsantsa a Pitori.
This is Maluleka’s first individual monthly award and he is the only Amakhosi player to win it this season.
His strike edged out other stunners from Bradley Ralani, Lebohang Maboe, Jemondre Dickens, Tshwarelo Bereng, Rhulani Manzini, Salulani Phiri, Thembinkosi Lorch, Kabelo Dlamini and Thabang Monare to the award.
