FORMER CELTIC KEEPER PASSES AWAY

Former Bloemfontein Celtic and Golden Arrows goalkeeper Nkosana Maseko has passed away after a short illness.

Celtic confirmed on their twitter account on Monday.

Maseko was coach at Free State ABC Motsepe League side Super Eagles before his death and the club have confirmed his passing.

His team Super Eagles were drawn against Amavarara in the Nedbank Cup last 32 which will be played in February.

"Yes, his family confirmed the news this morning. We are saddened about his passing away," Eagles brand manager Jack Mokoena quoted by Sport24.

Maseko also represented Nathi Lions and Dangerous Darkies in his playing days.
