Absa Premiership outfit Cape Town City have announced the signing of Ivorian defender Kouassi Kouadja.

The 22-year-old joins the Mother City side on four-year contract having spent based in Europe for several years.

The centre-back previously played for Astra Giurgiu, FK Slutsk, FK Aktobe and FK Tambov before making his move to South Africa.

Meanwhile, City chairman John Comitis has confirmed the club is interested in signing Haashim Domingo, who starred for Portuguese side Vitoria de Guimaraes B this past season.
City have already secured the services of Riyaad Norodien from Orlando Pirates as they continue to strengthen their squad during the off-season.
