Courts too soft on looters and thugs!

accreditation

The law favours looters instead of law-abiding citizens.

The culprits of these violent acts are always arrested but released the following day.

I am sick and tired of criminals not being prosecuted because, once they are released, they continue from where they left off.

The NPA needs to set an example and be harsh on the people who are destroying our country.

Hooliganism must never be tolerated as the damage keeps getting worse.

We lost people in violence linked to ongoing xenophobic riots that broke out last week.

Numerous shops and vehicles are being vandalised and set on fire by dangerous people.

Law enforcement agencies need to find a permanent solution to these sporadic incidents and ensure that stability and normality are restored in the country.

Things don’t have to be like this. The police must act harshly against these crimes, whether committed by South Africans or foreigners.

The NPA should teach these rioters and looters a lesson.

Cops must continue to enforce the law without fear or favour, and the same should apply to the NPA.

It is time to stop with the violence.
