When I was 16 I bunked school and went to a house party.
My parents found out and they were angry with me. My father made me do a virginity test, which I passed.
Since then he checks me every month when my mother is away. He makes me lie down without panties and inserts his finger in my vagina.
I’m now 20 years old and he still insists on doing this. How do I stop this? I feel dirty.

Your dad has absolutely no right to do this ! If he was doing the right thing he wouldn’t do it in his wife’s absence. His behaviour is completely inappropriate.
Tell your mother today because this is an abuse of your rights as a person.
