Uncontrolled anger can negatively affect life personally and professionally.
It also destroys our relationships with our loved ones. Anger makes people say mean and hurtful things to others. Avoid saying things you’ll regret when you come to your senses because the damage has already been done.
You should keep your mouth shut when you are angry. Calm down first. This will help you react in a more positive and constructive manner.
