FOLLOWING the worldwide backlash, Prophet TB Joshua broke his silence and explained his shock statement.

The prophet said when he said the virus would end, he didn’t mean it would end throughout the world.

He said he meant that the virus would end in Wuhan in China where the virus initially began.

Mzansi people reacted to the prophet’s statement and they're not impressed.

Facebook user Mo Senyatsi said: “Shem Mr. Joshua, this virus humbles not only government, but also scientists, healers, and prophets.”

While Eksé Ceejay Rasteez said: “This guy is a comedian, after lockdown, he must reconsider taking comedy as a career.”

Mabhuti Blacka Ras Dix said: “Hadee T.B, you are not alone, this holy spirit been misleading black people for years.”

Sbongiseni Khuzwayo said: “I don't care about headlines, but T.B Joshua video clip says it all that coronavirus will disappear, he never said anything about China or Wuhan, he is a fake prophet that's all cause even in China the coronavirus still exists even today.”

Ishmael Mdumisi Mhlanga also said: “You did your best, so don't be ashamed or be sorry.”

Andrew Taurai Mapingure said: “Joshua how can a holy spirit mislead? What are you trying to say? Or you are saying the holy spirit lied to you.”

Sibusiso Blacksuger Mazibuko added that: “The evil spirits mislead you... the Holy Spirit can never mislead a person never.”
