TWO men appeared in the Cullinan Magistrates Court on Monday after body parts were found outside the gate of a community leader’s house in Lethabong, east of Tshwane, last week.
The accused appeared on charges of murder and intimidation.
One of the accused, Tony Nkuna, was released as he could not be linked to the case. The other, Raymond Mukhatsi, is in custody and will apply for bail on Monday.
The two were bust on Saturday after residents went on a rampage and attacked them. after a hand, two fingers and an ear were found at the gate of a community leader’s house.
The mutilated man’s body was found after the suspects confessed.
It then emerged the man had been murdered following a love triangle involving him and the suspect.
The woman has since disappeared but residents hope she’ll return to help police with the investigation.
