HE suspected that his wife was having an affair with another man.

Going through her 30-year-old wife’s phone, a Singapore man came across photos and videos of her having sex with her supervisor.

Angrily, the man posted intimate photos and videos of his wife on Facebook.

According to Channel News Asia, the 27-year-old man pleaded guilty on Tuesday, 21 September, to a charge of theft and distributing an intimate image.

It is reported that two additional charges may be considered during sentencing.

“The court heard that the man was married to the victim at the time of the offences last February, but had moved out of their matrimonial home.

“Earlier that month, he went to the victim’s home and requested to use the toilet, even though he had moved out months earlier,” the article read.

After using the toilet, the man reportedly came across his wife’s phone and ran out of the house with it.

The accused told the court that he shared the content on social media as he did not want others to share the same fate as him.

According to the publication, he will return to court for mitigation and sentencing next month.
