Arrest Gogo Jostina’s evil killers

accreditation

ANOTHER innocent and defenceless woman has been killed – all because she was mentally ill and needed help.

The story of gogo Jostina Sangweni is painful, at the least, and infuriating at best, considering that her brutal killing could have been prevented.

We reported last week about a video on social media that showed the gogo dressed in her sangoma clothing being assaulted by what appeared to be a home owner and his neighbour or friend.

In the video, the two men sounded as if they were accusing her of being in the property because she wanted to do bad things to the family.

Hopefully, those who killed her in the most inhumane manner will be able to present their evidence in court to proof their accusations.

But that is if police get off their backsides and do their work properly.

That no one has been arrested after what appears to be a simple case that even a cadet cop can solve, is despicable.

The people who found the gogo on the property can be clearly heard in the video. There is an address of where the crime happened.

Why the police are dragging their feet remains a mystery. Someone has to act on this, and act now.

We are sick and tired of people killing others in the most horrendous ways all because they suspect them of using muthi on them.

Those behind this should face the full wrath of the law.

Authorities not make any excuses, they should deliver justice to the gogo’s family without delay.

We will keep an eye on this matter. – Deputy Editor
