Cops are expected to be strict at all times, especially when they are on duty.

They are expected to always be on the lookout for criminals and any criminal activity.

But these two cops had other ideas in mind.

A video on social media has gone viral-- and instead of being angry Mzansi people are loving it.

In the video posted by News, Accidents, Robberies & Incidents, two traffic officers in uniform can be seen playing hopscotch or scotch.

The one officer is shown on the video showing the other officer how to play the game.

She throws a pebble onto the ground and hops on one leg for a few steps.

Her colleague, evidently fascinated by the game, laughs as she attempts to hop as well.

She then hops on the spot in circles for a few seconds.

Her colleague is seized by laughter.

It is not clear where the video was taken.

Facebook users responded positively to the video.

"I love it," said Mthobisi Mfuphi.

"At times one should just play Yazi. People bond and they learn more about each other during such activities."

"There are so many ugly things that they see every day: accidents and crime," commented Collett Potgieter.

"It's so cool to see that they can still be human. Go ladies,  enjoy it. If this keeps you clear minded and stops you from going insane, well done!!!"

Dianah Modutwane said: "This is a team building exercise people. Why hate?

Michelle Stevens: "f this doesn't make you smile you've got a problem".

Steven Steven said: "Well I have to say this ..... nothing wrong with a bit of play time or a little fun at work ..... COME- ON PEOPLE".

Paul English said: "I Wish I could play at work and still get paid for it.. then strike when I don't get enough.. what a life.".
