Three young Afrikaans men on a road trip in the Karoo took the internet by storm after dancing to Brenda Fassie’s Vulindlela.  ~ 

THE video has earned 1,2 million views in three weeks and the downloads number is growing by the day.

In the video, Brenda Fassie’s famous song Vulindlela is heard in the background while three young mlungus, Ryan Hayes (23), Jaco Stofberg (19) and Marnus Kruger (26) take turns showing off their dance moves. They are on a road trip somewhere in the Karoo, having a beer and enjoying the music.

Ryan Hayes said they listen to a variety of music but that day, Vulindlela was playing and they just danced along.

Social media was very happy to see the three Afrikaners dancing to a song written in isiZulu.

Eddison Kobedi wrote on Facebook: “This has nothing to do with race. I love you white boys. Keep on dancing to African music. No one judges us when we dance to English songs. Let’s stop being haters for nothing.”

Queenzy Moipolai wrote: “This is so funny. It made my morning. For a few minutes I forgot about Zuma and his gang of looters.”
