STATISTICS South Africa says Mzansi’s fuel Inflation is up by 23.1% year on year in 2018.
While the Consumer Price Index (CPI) is up by 5.2% year on year to November.
According to Stats SA the consumer price index increased by 0,2% month-on-month in November 2018.
Stats SA added that alcoholic beverages and tobacco increased from 0,2 of a percentage point in October 2018 to 0,3 of a percentage point in November.
Statistician-General of SA Risenga Maluleke said the index increased by 4,8% year-on-year and miscellaneous goods and services increased from 0,8 of a percentage point in October 2018 to 0,9 of a percentage point in November.
The index increased by 5,5% year-on-year.
