EFF leader Julius Malema has responded to the announcement by Afriforum that it plans to prosecute him.

AfriForum said it wants to pursue private prosecution against EFF leader Julius Malema on charges of fraud and corruption.

Afriforum said the matter relates to Malema's Ratanang Family Trust which allegedly benefited from the irregular awarding of a R52 million tender to On Point Engineering in Limpopo.

The matter was struck off the roll in 2015

He tweeted: "Bring it on bloody racists, you don’t scare me at all. I’m born ready! No white man will decide my destiny, the poor masses of our people will."
