FORMER Cope member Julius Nsingwane has started his party.
The Power of Africans Unity was launched in Kroonstad on Saturday.
During his speech, Nsingwane promised the party members service delivery. He also said that he did not start the party to fight against President Jacob Zuma’s government, but to save South Africa.
“Our parliament has been turned into a playground. People are waiting to be served as they were promised by their leaders,” said Nsingwane.
“We will visit different provinces to launch our party.” The event was also attended by people from Eastern Cape, Mpumalanga and Gauteng.
Mamela Ndlovu (34) said: “I was a member of the ANC. I’m tired of the corruption and lack of service delivery.
“I joined Power of Africans Unity for a better life.”
