EFF leader Julius Malema and Journalist Karima Brown
THE EFF welcomes the court judgement on the Karima Brown matter and will comply.
This is after the Johannesburg High Court ruled in favour of journalist Karima Brown in the Gauteng High Court on Thursday.
Brown approached the courts after she said she had been threatened with rape, sexual assault and violence after her cellphone number was shared in a tweet earlier this year.
This came after Brown posted an editorial brief in an EFF media WhatsApp group after the party posted an invitation to an EFF "Breakfast with the Elderly" function.
The EFF released a one line statement "welcoming" the court judgement.
