IFP leader has congratulated EFF MP Mbuyiseni Ndlozi on his PhD qualification.
On Friday, Ndlozi tweeted: "As we left the house, IFP's Price Buthelezi asked if I had received his congratulatory hand delivered letter. I said no. So they emailed it."
Ndlozi recently obtained his PHD in Political Sciences from Wits University.

Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi wrote: "It gives me great pleasure to congratulate you on your doctorate philosophy in political science.
"This is quite an interesting achievement for any young man, but for one working fill time in the service of our nation, it is particularly impressive.
"I know the demands of our time as members of parliament and political leaders. I cannot imagine fitting more into one day that we already do.
"So well done, not only on reaching the goal, but on your commitment to keep going every step of the way
"This shows what you are made of . I wish you well as you continue to use your talents and learning to serve South Africa."
