Mzekezeke wants to take his brand abroad and won’t take off his mask off.

The kwaito star whose real name is Zakhele from Tembisa says the mask will never be off as it is his signature. 

Mzekezeke is popularly known by his trademark mask and orange overall.

He told SunBuzz that if he takes off the mask the wont be Mzekezeke anymore.

“I will never take it off trust me; have you ever seen Spider man with their mask off.

“This is a legacy I am building for my brand and people must just get used to it,” he said.

He said Mzekezeke is going to nowhere, and will live years to come, even after he’s gone.

“The truth is anyone can be Mzekezeke. He is just like a fictional superhero, there will be someone to carry my character’s legacy to the next generation,” he said.

He recently released single tilted Nay Lento alongside Siya Shezi. 

He also plans to release another single this festive season.

The musician has been giving away R 5 000 every week until the end of this year.

The money is for his die-heart fans.

He said that fans should post a video of themselves dancing to his single Nay Lento.

“They need to also need to use the #Chichiriz for them to win.

“The best dancers will get the money and they must also have MoFaya drink with them,” he said.

The musician as also teamed up with DJ Sbu whom people think it’s him to start their own record label called Done Deal Records.
