If we didn’t know any better, we would have thought this guy was a Venda man in a white man’s body.
A video that shows a white man telling a story in TshiVenda is doing the rounds on social media leaving a lot of people surprised by how fluent he is.
The only reason why people, in this day and age, still get surprised when they hear a white person speaking fluently in vernac is because it is still not common.
Perhaps in a proper rainbow nation, people would not be so enthused by the fact that a white man is speaking TshiVenda but rather by the actual story the man was telling.
Nonetheless, many people on Twitter were very impressed by the man.
